What is your main job? If you are a SR&F leader in a local church, according to Ephesians 4:11,12 you main job is to "equip the saints for the work of ministry." It is to equip those in your ministry - ie your staff, your volunteers, your referees - to do the work of ministry. In other words, your #1 job is not to do the ministry, it is to equip others to do the ministry.
