This past week we ran sports camps and passed out Upward Jerseys to 50+ kids in Catano, Puerto Rico. You would’ve thought we were passing out gold as the kids and parents immediately put them on. The missionary pictured is the sister of Sarah Trego who coaches in our youth league but saw the reach go far beyond our gym. We had soccer sessions & introduced pickleball which the local men enjoyed most! Word got out about our camps attendance that the local college brought over their men’s volleyball team, WOW they got celebrity treatment! They agreed to visit frequently and the pastor got the vision for sports ministry! PTL!
